Cynthia Huskins - Chief Executive Officer at Coleman Stewardship Services

  • Chief Executive Officer

    Cynthia, is passionate about helping nonprofits excel in stewardship, financial management, and organizational development. She partners with churches and ministries to maximize both operational efficiency and mission impact.

    With more than 30 years of organizational leadership and 16 years in stewardship, Cynthia brings deep expertise in management and leadership development. She helps advance spiritual maturity and financial growth through vision seminars, leadership coaching, and customized stewardship initiatives. Combining strategic financial insight with authentic relationship-building, Cynthia guides leadership teams to create lasting cultures of stewardship and designs solutions tailored to each organization’s unique mission and needs.

Stephen Butler - Vice President of Operations at Coleman Stewardship Services

  • Vice President of Operations

    Stephen has served in churches and ministries in Asia and the Middle East for more than a decade. With a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Tel Aviv University, he has served marginalized communities in Jordan, China, the Philippines, India, Uganda, and Guatemala; trained pastors and community leaders in conflict resolution and mediation; developed curricula on financial stewardship and community engagement; and preached the gospel in persecuted regions. With a strong background in economics, investment, training, education, and missions, he specializes in conflict resolution, international services and missions, and all aspects of financial stewardship.

    Charlie draws on 40 years of experience as a pastor, specializing in development, teaching and church growth. In addition to his pastoral  experience, Charlie has excelled in assisting churches and para-church organizations with vision and development. Pastor Crowe is committed to faithful stewardship and advancing the Kingdom.
